Ulzieside Cottage is a newly modernised cottage forming part of the owner's farm steading. It features a delightful cosy sitting room with open fire and superb views across garden up the hills. Bright and spacious dining kitchen with cooker, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room with sink and washing machine and cloakroom and on the first floor a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, both with countryside views. Bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. All rooms tastefully furnished and equipped to the highest standard.

Situated in a rural setting about a mile from the small town of Sanquhar and on the Southern Upland Way, it offers a mix of tranquility with a range of exciting outdoor actvities including mountain biking at the nearby Drumlanrig Castle mountain bike trails and close proximity to the River Nith.

There are a range of shops, services and places to eat in Sanquhar with other places of interest such as Thornhill, Wanlockhead and Dumfries all within easy reach.
